It takes the human body 4-6 weeks to adapt to any type of training program and see results. To achieve optimum results with your care, your doctor will prescribe functional exercises over the course of your treatment plan.
Each patient will be taken through a personalized training plan that focuses on re-educating and rebuilding your body into the correct joint and muscle patterns. You’ll focus on proper breathing technique, proper posture, and on stabilizing, strengthening, and balancing total body functionality. Please wear athletic or loose fitting clothing to each of these appointments.
The goal is to return our patients to function at work, during sports, recreation, and activities of daily living.
